Amazon EC2 Ooops! I got overcharged!

Oh I did not noticed I got overcharged about Amazon EC2.
But it was tiny payment so no big problem.

Amazon EC2 is free charge to use T1.micro. So I was wondering to create many virtual server or load balancer....and network so was excited.
But off course I got overcharged haha...

My mistake was to use Red Hut linux instance (Not free charge) and using 3 instances with T1.micro.

So I make the summary of response to be public which I was asking my invoice to Amazon support.

(translated from Japanese.)
--------------------------------
>Amazon EC2 running Linux/UNIX >$0.00 per Micro Instance (t1.micro) instance-hour (or partial hour) under monthly free tier 750 Hrs $0.00 >$0.020 per Micro Instance (t1.micro) instance-hour (or partial hour) 376 Hrs $7.52

>Amazon EC2 running Red Hat Enterprise Linux >$0.080 per Micro RHEL Instance (t1.micro) instance-hour (or partial hour) 744 Hrs $59.52

>>Amazon EC2 Linux 750hr free means total using times is 750hr even though with many instances?
Yes. It is total using hours a month.
--------------------------------
RedHut Linux using one month cost about $60....
And using T1.micro 376hr is $7.52. this equals one month using T1.micro is about $15.

Last sentences are so important!
T1.micro is not permanently free charge! (off course.....)
Free charge for 750hr means total times of using instances needs to be less than 750hr for free charge.
In other words, if you are using 2 instances of T1.micro, you can have almost 2 weeks free charge (2 weeks = 375 hr x 2 instances).

And stopping instance is not enough to stop your charge. you need to terminate it!

Pay attentions ! (^o^)/
